You knew it was coming.
Even when I said that I would have a shortage of art, I couldn't help but do fanart for this wonderful game. The whole art style of it is unique, and the plotline is pretty amazing so far. I haven't finished the game yet, but I've already come to the conclusion that Okami is already making me obsessed. I've only heard about it minorly in the past, and I'm just finding out about how cool it is. That's how much I'm new to it. Anyways, about the picture. Since I was so entirely inspired by the concept art of the game (and also the whole idea of traditional Japanese art dating back centuries in the past), I decided to try it for myself. Holy pancakes, I love it. It's extremely fun to do, and I may use it every once in a while. And the anatomy is not supposed to be perfect. That's what I purposely wanted, actually. It goes along with the style. So no critiques about that, please. And the Kanji on the side says "Sun God". It should say "Sun Goddess", since Amaterasu is a Japanese female diety.
